A leading construction company in Canada is hiring Concrete Workers to assist with concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and general construction support. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, capable of working outdoors, and willing to perform construction-related tasks in a team environment.
Workers will support residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects while maintaining workplace safety standards.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Mix concrete according to project specifications
- Pour and spread concrete on construction sites
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment
- Assist with formwork installation and removal
- Smooth and finish concrete surfaces
- Transport construction materials around the site
- Clean work areas and maintain equipment
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Support supervisors and skilled tradespeople
- Perform general labor duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous construction or concrete work experience is an advantage
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 25–30 kg)
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures
- Good physical fitness and stamina
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Teamwork and communication skills
