A reputable property maintenance company in Ireland is hiring Building Maintenance Workers to perform repair, renovation, and general maintenance tasks for residential and commercial properties. Candidates should be skilled in basic construction, plastering, painting, masonry, and repair work. Previous experience in building maintenance is preferred but not always mandatory.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform routine building inspections and maintenance.
  • Repair walls, floors, doors, windows, and ceilings.
  • Carry out plastering, painting, and minor masonry work.
  • Fix plumbing and electrical issues when required.
  • Maintain tools and equipment safely.
  • Ensure buildings meet safety standards.
  • Assist with renovation and refurbishment projects.
  • Report maintenance issues to supervisors.

Qualification Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Experience in building maintenance, construction, plastering, painting, or masonry preferred.
